Arrested on 03/05/1953. Sentenced to OSO under the USSR MGB on 04/01/1953, charged under Art. 19-58-8, 58-10 part 1.
Sentenced to 25 years in labor camp, released in 1956. Rehabilitated on April 16, 1956. At the end of 1958, he was again arrested in the Divnich case, but released due to lack of evidence.
Since 1990 - Deputy of the Moscow City Council. Active worker at Memorial.
