Born in 1933 in Leningrad, lived at 3 Zhelyabova St., Apt. 30. Arrested on 29.01.1962 by the Leningrad City Directorate of State Security. Accused of slandering the Soviet government, the CPSU and its leaders, the state and social system, and conducting anti-Soviet agitation. Together with O.I. Shakhmatov, he wrote an anti-Soviet manuscript that slandered the Soviet system. Sentenced on 25.05.1962 by the Leningrad City Court under Article 70, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 5 years' imprisonment in a maximum-security penal colony. By the determination of the Judicial Collegium for Criminal Cases of the Supreme Court of the RSFSR dated 27.12.1962, the sentence was quashed and the sentence was sentenced to be served in a maximum-security penal colony. Sent to the labor camp in the village of Yavas, Zubovo-Polyansky District, Mordovian ASSR. Rehabilitated on July 14, 1993.
