Born in 1901 in the village of Charomskoye, Prisheksninsky District, Leningrad Region; Russian; member of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) in 1926-1937. Head of the educational sector and lecturer in the philosophy department of the Tolmachev Military-Political Academy, battalion commissar. Then - responsible executor for the supply of transport to Lenpishchetorg. Lived in Leningrad, Kirovsky Prospekt, 73/75, apt. 62. Arrested on 05/06/1937. Sentenced on 31/08/1937 by the Visiting Session of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR in Leningrad under Art. 58-8-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to capital punishment. Shot in Leningrad on 31/08/1937.
