Sentenced by the Lvov Regional Court on May 20, 1961 under Art. 62 part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Ukrainian SSR, 187 part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Ukrainian SSR to 7 years in prison. He served his term in Dubravlag.
