Genus. in 1932 in the village. Stremilcha Lopatinsky district, Lviv region, Ukrainian, from a peasant background, incomplete higher education, member of the CPSU, deputy director of the Radekhiv procurement office. Lived in Radekhov, st. Lenina, house No. 10, apt. 2 (Peremyshlyansky district, Lviv region). He graduated from the Higher Party School in Lvov in 1955. Expelled from the party due to arrest on January 20, 1961. Accused of: “having betrayed the Motherland, at the beginning of 1959 he was one of the initiators of the creation of an illegal anti-Soviet nationalist organization called “Ukrainian Robitnicho-Selyanska Spilka” (URSS), which aimed to wage a struggle against Soviet power for the separation of Ukraine from the Soviet Union and the creation of the so-called “independent" Ukraine and the development of a program for this organization. As a member of the URSS, he carried out active hostile activities aimed at weakening the power of the Soviet state. In November 1960, at an illegal gathering of conspirators, he took an active part in discussing issues of intensifying the subversive activities of their organization , i.e. committed crimes provided for in Article 56 Part I and 64 of the Criminal Code of the Ukrainian SSR." On May 20, 1961, he was sentenced by the Lvov Regional Court to 11 years under Art. 56 parts 1 and 64 CC URSR. Imprisoned in Mordovian camps. Released at the end of his term in 1972.
