Pavlov, Radekhovsky district, Lvov region, from the peasantry, Ukrainian, expelled from the CPSU membership due to arrest, citizen of the USSR, incomplete secondary education, single, no previous convictions, lived at his place of birth before the arrest, temporarily unemployed. Arrested on January 20, 1961. He was accused of: “having betrayed the Motherland, at the beginning of June 1960 he joined the anti-Soviet nationalist organization URSS and carried out active hostile activities directed against the existing Soviet system, towards the elimination of Soviet power in Ukraine and the creation of the so-called “independent” Ukraine. In November 1960, at an illegal gathering of conspirators, he took an active part in discussing the forms and methods of subversive activities of the organization, calling on participants to take up armed struggle against Soviet power, i.e., to commit crimes under Article 56 Part I and Article 64 of the Criminal Code of the Ukrainian SSR "
On May 20, 1961, the Lvov Regional Court sentenced him to 10 years in the camps. He was kept in the Mordovian camp ZHH 385/11. Released 1971
