Genus. in 1941, Chinese, citizen of the People's Republic of China. In 1968 he fled to the USSR. He worked as a mechanic at the Karaganda Metallurgical Plant in Temir-Tau, Karaganda Region, Kazakh SSR. Participated in a KGB-inspired anti-Maoist “organization.” Arrested in 1972, accused of espionage. Sentenced by the military tribunal of the Central Asian Military District on November 30, 1973 under Art. 15 and 51 of the Criminal Code of the Kazakh SSR to 10 years in prison, with the first 5 years served in prison and the next 5 years in a high-security penal colony, with confiscation of property and with reference to a term of 5 years. Political prisoner in 1972-1976. He was kept in Vladimir prison. On 10/22/1975 he was transferred to Alma-Ata to review the case. The charge was reclassified as “illegal border crossing.” Released early. After liberation he lived in the village. "Pobeda" (Khabarovsk Territory), worked in the timber industry enterprise. He was persecuted: interrogated in the case of L.G. Lukyanenko (1978), T.M. Velikanova (1980).
