Arshakyan Azat Levikovich
Genus. 08/13/1950 in Yerevan, Armenian SSR; Armenian; secondary education; mechanic at a tire factory. Previously we were convicted under a common crime. Lived in Yerevan. Arrested 04/09/1974. Sentenced by the Supreme Court of the Armenian SSR on October 23, 1974 under Art. Art. 65 part 1, 67, 96 part 2, 231 of the Criminal Code of the Armenian SSR to 7 years of imprisonment and 3 years of exile. He served his sentence in Dubravlaga. By decree of the PVS of the ArmSSR dated June 23, 1976, the term was reduced to 3 years, exile was excluded from the sentence. Released 04/09/1977. Worked as a driver for GTP-2 Armtorgtrans. Arrested on February 25, 1981. Sentenced by the Supreme Court of the Armenian SSR on September 18, 1981 op art. 65 part 2, and art. 67 of the Criminal Code of the Armenian SSR to 8 years of imprisonment (of which the first 3 years of imprisonment) and 3 years of exile. He served his sentence in the Chistopol prison and Perm camps. Pardoned in 1987
