Genus. in 1934 in the village. Ksaverivka, Grebenkovsky district, Kyiv region; Ukrainian; 7th grade education In 1953, he was sentenced under Article 4 of the Decree of 06/04/1947 to 12 years in labor camp. Released early on January 31, 1955. At the time of his arrest, he was a mechanic at the mine. Lived in the village of Bugaevka, Vasilkovsky district, Kyiv region. Arrested 04/14/1955. Sentenced by the Kuibyshev Regional Court on September 10, 1955 under Art. 58-10 part 2, 58-11 // arrested for creating an underground organization ("Brotherhood of Free Ukraine") among the Ukrainian prisoners of the Kuneevsky Correctional Labor camp in 1954, to 10 years in the correctional labor camp. Released on April 14, 1965. Subsequently, he was convicted twice more for samizdat journalism: in 1975 - for 3 years under Art. 187-1 of the Criminal Code of the Ukrainian SSR (“deliberately false fabrications discrediting the Soviet state and social system”), 06.24.1982 by the Kiev Regional Court under Art. 62 Part 2 of the Criminal Code of the Ukrainian SSR for 10 years of labor camp and 5 years of exile. He served his sentence in Dubravlaga and Perm camps. He died on September 5, 1984 in the Chusovoy hospital.
