Genus. in 1938, the village of Rakhnivka, Gaisinsky district, Vinnitsa region, Ukrainian SSR; Ukrainian. Higher education, in 1964 he graduated from the Faculty of History and Philology of the Donetsk Pedagogical Institute; teacher, poet, before his arrest he worked on the construction of the metro. Arrested on January 13, 1972. Sentenced by the Kyiv City Court on September 7, 1972 under Article 62 Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Ukrainian SSR to 5 years in prison and 3 years in exile. He served his sentence in Dubravlaga and his exile in the Magadan region.
After his release, he returned to Kyiv and got a job as a worker at the Sport shoe association. Arrested on May 15, 1980. Sentenced by the Kyiv City Court on October 2, 1980, under Part 62 of the Criminal Code of the Ukrainian SSR, the Criminal Code of the RSFSR, to 10 years in prison and 5 years in exile. He served his sentence in the Perm camps. He died on September 4, 1985 in custody during a hunger strike (?).
