Born in 1905 in St. Petersburg. In 1924-1925 he was a member of the anarchist federation. He was a member of the scout movement (troop I-MHKC). Arrested in Moscow on April 23, 1926. By sentence of August 23, 1926, he was exiled to Siberia for 3 years. By decree of May 10, 1929 he was sentenced to “minus six” for 3 years, by decree of July 29, 1932 he was allowed to live freely throughout the USSR. Rehabilitated by the Moscow City Court in 1964.
