Born in 1904. Borisovo, Nizhny Novgorod province. Scout of the Nizhny Novgorod squad "Argo". After graduating from school, she worked as an accountant at a shipping company in Nizhny Novgorod. Member of the scout commune in Saltykovka (1922–1926). She graduated from pharmaceutical courses in Moscow and worked in a pharmacy. Arrested on April 23, 1926 at the station. Saltykovka. By resolution of the Special Meeting of the OGPU Collegium dated August 23, 1926, she was deprived of the right to reside in 6 settlements; she lived in Nizhny Novgorod. Arrested on 04/01/1928 in Nizhny Novgorod, transported to Moscow on 04/03/1928, under investigation in Butyrka prison. By resolution of the Special Meeting of the OGPU Collegium dated May 11, 1928, she was sentenced to 3 years of exile in the Urals. By the resolution of the Special Meeting at the Kogpu dated October 12, 1931, it was prohibited to live in 12 localities with attachment to a specific place of residence for 3 years. She lived in Vladimir (until 1934), then in Gorky. In the case of the Moscow scouts, she was rehabilitated by the Moscow City Court in 1964, and in the remaining sentences - by the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation on June 21, 1993. She died in 1978.

The memoirs cover the period from the early 1900s to 1938. The author was born in 1905 in Nizhny Novgorod. Parents - a student of the Institute of Railway Engineers and a student of the Bestuzhev courses, expelled from St. Petersburg for participating in student demonstrations of 1904-1905.
Childhood memories. Studying at a commercial Kazan school. revolutionary events. Attending rallies and meetings with parents. Participation of boys, including the author, in campaigning during the preparation of elections to the Constituent Assembly. School reform in 1918 (co-education of boys and girls). School life. The appearance of the Czechs in Kazan in the summer of 1918, the hasty retreat of the Reds, the return of the Reds and the departure of the Czechs.
A search in the absence of his father, who was not in Kazan at that time. Arrest warrant for parents as former Social Democrats, Plekhanovites. Escorting a mother and five children to the Cheka.
