Genus. in 1893 (1899?) in the town of Rubezhovich, Minsk province, Jew, tradesman, secondary education. Scout of the Nizhny Novgorod squad "Argo". One of the organizers of the scout commune in Saltykovka (1922). Arrested in Saltykovka on April 23, 1926. By a resolution of the Special Meeting of the OGPU Collegium dated August 23, 1926, he was sentenced to 3 years in a concentration camp and 3 years of exile under Article 61 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR. In custody on Solovki. Released on April 24, 1929. Since 1929 in exile in Kirensk, Irkutsk region. Arrested on October 21, 1930 by the Kirensky Okrotdepartment of the OGPU on charges under Art. 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR. By a resolution of the Troika at the OGPU PP for VSK dated 03/02/1931, he was sentenced to VMN for preparing the escape of prisoners and an uprising against Soviet power. Shot on 03/09/1931. Rehabilitated on March 28, 1989.
