Arrested on March 23, 1974 for “systematic written dissemination of false information discrediting the Soviet state and social system.” Sentenced on June 26, 1974 under Art. 206-1, 233 of the Criminal Code of the Georgian SSR by 1 year 6 months of the ITC.
