Born in 1882 in Moscow; Russian; higher education; member of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks). Deputy People's Commissar of Local Industry of the RSFSR. Lived in Moscow, Pokrovsky Blvd., 4/15, apt. 21. Arrested on 22 November 1937. Sentenced to capital punishment on 15 March 1938 by the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR on charges of participating in a counter-revolutionary terrorist organization. Executed on 15 March 1938 in Moscow, burial place - Kommunarka. Rehabilitated by the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR in March 1956.
