Head of the NKVD Directorate for the Kursk Region ( until 02/09/1935), Head of the SPO of the Leningrad NKVD Directorate from 02/09/1935, Head of the SPO of the NKVD Administration for the Leningrad Region until 12/14/1936. Before his arrest, he was the head of the NKVD of the Rostov region. Arrested on July 7, 1938, charged under Art. 58-7, 58-8, 58-11 Criminal Code of the RSFSR . Sentenced by the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR on January 28, 1940 to military service. Shot on January 29, 1940 in Moscow. In 1999, rehabilitation was denied.
