Genus. in 1893 in Lvov; Jew; from a merchant family; higher education; lawyer; ex. member of the Austrian Social Democratic Party, member of the Communist Parties of Poland and Western Ukraine. During the 1st World War, he was a corporal in the Austrian army. He studied at Lviv and Krakow universities. In 1918–1925 he was an active participant in the national liberation movement in Western Ukraine. He was repeatedly arrested by the Polish authorities and was imprisoned. In the USSR since 1932 on the exchange of political prisoners with Poland. Lived in Kharkov. Before the arrest - deputy. head foreign department of the editorial office of the central body of the Communist Party (b)U “Communist”. Arrested on March 19, 1934 in the “Ukrainian Military Organization” case. Sentenced on May 25, 1934 by the judicial troika at the Collegium of the GPU of the Ukrainian SSR under Art. 54-8, 11 of the Criminal Code of the Ukrainian SSR to 10 years in labor camp. While imprisoned in Solovki (arrived on 06/07/1934), he worked as a cashier in a retail store. By resolution of the Special Troika of the UNKVD LO dated 10/09/1937 he was sentenced to VMN. Shot on November 3, 1937 in the Sandormokh tract (Karelian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic). Rehabilitated on July 17, 1989 by the Prosecutor's Office of the Arkhangelsk Region
