Born in 1894 in the village. Seltsy Kholmsky district Lublin province (Poland); member of the Communist Party (b)U in 1924–1933. He graduated from theological school and three classes of theological seminary. In 1914 he fought at the front as an ensign. In the 1920s he graduated from the college of the All-Ukrainian Association of Scientific Research Marxist-Leninist Institutes. He taught socio-economic sciences at the Medical and Cooperative Institutes in Kharkov. Arrested on May 11, 1933 in the “Ukrainian Military Organization” case. Sentenced by a resolution of the judicial troika at the Collegium of the GPU of the Ukrainian SSR dated 10/01/1933 under Art. 54-11 of the Criminal Code of the Ukrainian SSR to 10 years in labor camp. While imprisoned on Solovki, he was kept in solitary confinement in a special isolation cell in the Kremlin. By resolution of the Special Troika of the UNKVD LO dated 10/09/1937 he was sentenced to VMN. Shot on November 3, 1937 in the Sandormokh tract (Karelian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic). Rehabilitated.
