Genus. 05/18/1896 in the village. Corners of Kovelsky district. Volyn province; Ukrainian; from peasants; incomplete secondary education; insurance worker; employee; member of the Communist Party of Western Ukraine (since 1920) and member of the Communist Party (b)U (since 1925). From 1915 he served in the tsarist army, ensign; in 1917 he studied at the Vilna Military School. In 1919 he served in Petliura's army and fought on the Polish front. In 1920–1923 he was in an internment camp near Poznan. He returned to his homeland and was engaged in party work. He arrived in the Ukrainian SSR in June 1925 as a political emigrant. Lived in Kharkov (address before arrest: Darwin St., 5/7, apt. 31), worked in the State Insurance system of the Narkomfin of the Ukrainian SSR. Before his arrest, Deputy Head of the State Insurance Department. Arrested on December 7, 1933 in the case of the “Ukrainian Military Organization.” Sentenced on February 25, 1934 by the judicial troika of the GPU of the Ukrainian SSR under Art. 54-4, 8, 11 of the Criminal Code of the Ukrainian SSR to 10 years of labor camp. Imprisoned in Bamlag (arrived on April 27, 1934), in January 1935 he was in the Solovetsky camp. By resolution of the Special Troika of the UNKVD LO dated November 25, 1937, he was sentenced to VMN. Shot on December 8, 1937 in Leningrad. Rehabilitated in both cases on August 31, 1963 by the Military Tribunal of the Kyiv Military District
