Genus. in 1894 in places. Glinany (Galicia); Ukrainian; higher education, economist; ex. member of the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia: candidate member of the Communist Party (b)U in 1928–1933. Formerly a non-commissioned officer in the Austrian army, an officer in the Galician army. In the USSR since 1927. Lived in Kharkov (address before arrest: Karl Liebknecht St., 6, apt. 22), head. production of visual aids factory. Arrested on June 17, 1933 in the “Ukrainian Military Organization” case. Sentenced on 10/01/1933 by the judicial troika at the Collegium of the GPU of the Ukrainian SSR under Art. 54-11 of the Criminal Code of the Ukrainian SSR to 5 years of labor camp. While imprisoned in Karlag (arrived on November 16, 1933), from 1934 in the Volzhsky district of Dmitlag, he worked as a planner-economist for the District Administration. From 1935 he was in the Solovetsky camp, kept at the Kremlin camp (as of October 18, 1935). By resolution of the Special Troika of the UNKVD LO dated 10/09/1937 he was sentenced to VMN. Shot on November 3, 1937 in the Sandormokh tract (Karelian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic). Rehabilitated in accordance with the Decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR dated January 16, 1989.
