Born 10.02.1874 in Penza; German; graduated from the Theatre and Music School of the Moscow Philharmonic Society in 1898; member of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) since 1918. Arrested 20.06.1939 in Moscow. Sentenced 01.02.1940   The Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR on charges of anti-Soviet and Trotskyist activity was sentenced to capital punishment . He was shot on 02.02.1940 in Moscow, and buried at the Donskoye Cemetery. He was rehabilitated on 26.11.1955 by the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR.
