Arrested on 16.05.1939. Sentenced to capital punishment by the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR on 26.01.1940 on charges of espionage and participation in a counter -revolutionary terrorist organization. Executed on 27.01.1940 in Moscow, burial place - Donskoye Cemetery. Rehabilitated by the Military Commission of the Supreme Court of the USSR on 18.12.1954.
