Genus. 02/29/1896 in Kyiv; Ukrainian, from the family of a police officer, secondary education; member of the UPSR (Borotbist) party since 1918, member of the CPSU (b) since March 1920. Graduated from the 3rd Kyiv gymnasium (1914), studied at the philological faculty of the University of St. Vladimir in Kyiv. In 1915–1917 he served in the Russian army, clerk in the Military Road Detachment of Railways. In 1920, a member of the Kyiv Provincial Executive Committee, then the Gubrevkom, editor of a number of Soviet newspapers. From 1921 he worked in the People's Commissariat of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, first secretary of the USSR plenipotentiary mission in Warsaw (1922), adviser to the USSR plenipotentiary mission in Prague (1929–1931). Editor gas. “Kiev Proletarian”, member of the editorial board of the newspaper “Communist” (in 1924–1929 and since 1933). Author of articles, feuilletons, pamphlets, published in the republican press, author of more than 20 books. Arrested on 04. (according to other sources, 02.) 12.1934, accused of “belonging to a terrorist organization of Ukrainian nationalists.” Sentenced on March 28, 1935 by a visiting session of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR under Art. 54-8, 11 of the Criminal Code of the Ukrainian SSR to 10 years in labor camp with confiscation of property. Imprisoned in Karlag, until the summer of 1936 he was in the Dolinsky department. Transferred to Belbaltlag, where he worked in the agricultural sector of the Kemsky branch, then in Solovki. I was at the Kremlin camp, busy with agricultural work. By resolution of the Special Troika of the UNKVD LO dated November 25, 1937, he was sentenced to VMN. Shot on December 8, 1937 in Leningrad. Rehabilitated 08/04/1956 by the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR
