Genus. in 1901 in the village of Tudorovo, Akkerman district, Bessarabia province; Ukrainian; lower education; peasant, gardener; non-partisan. Previously, he was deprived of voting rights for “speculation in smuggling.” Before his arrest, he served as a policeman in the industrial police of the city of Rybnitsa, Moldavian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic. Lived in the village. Yasski Chervono-Povstanchesky district, Odessa region. Arrested on October 30, 1930, charged with “participation in a rebel organization.” Sentenced on July 19, 1931 by the troika of the Collegium of the GPU of the Ukrainian SSR under Art. 54-11 of the Criminal Code of the Ukrainian SSR to exile to the Northern Territory for 5 years. He escaped from exile and lived in the Odessa region. Arrested for the second time on 04/05/1932, accused of “illegal border crossing for the purpose of espionage.” By resolution of the OGPU Collegium dated November 15, 1932, he was sentenced under Art. 58-6, 82 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to death, replaced by 10 years in labor camp. Imprisoned in the Solovetsky camp. 03/16/1937 by decree of the beginning. 8th department sentenced to 6 months reinforced security columns. By resolution of the Special Troika of the UNKVD LO dated November 25, 1937, he was sentenced to VMN. Shot on December 8, 1937 in Leningrad. Rehabilitated on October 21, 1989 and February 20, 1990 by the Prosecutor's Office of the Odessa Region
