Genus. 07/01/1885 in the next Krivorozhye (Krivoryadnoe) Milletovsky district. Regions of the Don Army; Ukrainian; higher education, lawyer; member of the CPB(u) in 1923–1934. From 1921 he lived in Kharkov. He held responsible positions in the People's Commissariat of Justice and the State Planning Committee of the Ukrainian SSR; in 1930–1931 chairman of the All-Ukrainian Society of Cultural Relations with Foreign Countries. Before the arrest, the beginning. planning and financial sector of the People's Commissariat of the Ukrainian SSR, professor at the Institute of National Economy, chairman of the Scientific Partnership at the VUAS. Arrested on December 5, 1934 in the case of the Borotbist k/r organization. Sentenced on March 28, 1935 by a visiting session of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR in Kiev under Art. 54-8-11 of the Criminal Code of the Ukrainian SSR to 10 years in labor camp with confiscation of property. In custody on Solovki. By resolution of the Special Troika of the UNKVD LO dated 10/09/1937 he was sentenced to VMN. Shot on November 3, 1937 in the Sandormokh tract (Karelian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic). Rehabilitated in the 1935 case on 08/04/1956 by the ruling of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR.
