Genus. in 1903. A native and resident of the village. Burovka Gorodnyansky district Chernigov province; Ukrainian; individual peasant; non-partisan. Arrested on charges of “banditry, participation in an armed gang.” By resolution of the OGPU Collegium dated April 22, 1932, he was sentenced under Art. 58-2, 59-3 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to death with replacement by 10 years of labor camp. In the fall of 1937 he was kept in Solovetsky prison. By resolution of the Special Troika of the UNKVD LO dated November 10, 1937, he was sentenced to VMN. Shot on December 8, 1937 in Leningrad. The case was reviewed by the Chernigov Regional Court on April 17, 1991. By the decision of the Presidium of this court dated December 29, 1992, rehabilitation was denied.
