Tatarinov Nikolay Fedorovich
Genus. in 1893 in the village. Big Tokmak, Berdyansk district. Tauride province; Ukrainian; lower education; mechanic and photographer; employee; non-partisan. Before his arrest, he lived in the New York colony (village), Gorlovka district, Donetsk region, and worked (since 1929) as a manager. warehouse of the Udarnik air defense system. Arrested on August 10, 1934 on charges of embezzlement. Sentenced on 09/08/1934 by the people's court under Art. 104 of the Criminal Code of the Ukrainian SSR to 5 years in the ITL, was kept in the Artemovsky DOPR. In November 1934 he was accused by the Gorlovka city department of the NKVD of participating in a “c/r terrorist group”. Sentenced on 03/07/1935 by the Military Tribunal of the 7th Rifle Corps of the Ukrainian Military District under Art. 54-2, 11, 16-54-8 of the Criminal Code of the Ukrainian SSR to 8 years of labor camp with loss of rights for 3 years and confiscation of property. By the decision of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR dated March 22, 1935, the sentence was upheld. Imprisoned in Belbaltlag (arrived 02/10/1935), then in Solovki. By resolution of the Special Troika of the UNKVD LO dated November 25, 1937, he was sentenced to VMN. Shot on December 8, 1937 in Leningrad. Rehabilitated in the 1935 case on April 17, 1963 by the Presidium of the Donetsk Regional Court
