Genus. in 1891 in the village. Obelnica (Galicia); Ukrainian; higher education; employee; non-partisan. In 1915–1918, second lieutenant of the Austrian, Galician and Petliura armies. Since 1920 in Odessa; teacher of the factory seven-year school, teacher of Polish school No. 42. Address before arrest: Odessa, st. Sverdlova, 28, apt. 19. Arrested on February 22, 1933 in the “Ukrainian Military Organization” case. By a resolution of the judicial troika at the Collegium of the GPU of the Ukrainian SSR dated November 14, 1933, he was sentenced under Art. 54-11 of the Criminal Code of the Ukrainian SSR to 5 years of labor camp. In custody in Karlag (arrived on June 14, 1934), he was kept in the 4th Dolinsky department; then on Solovki, kept at the Kremlin camp, and used for general work. By resolution of the Special Troika of the UNKVD LO dated 10/09/1937 he was sentenced to VMN. Shot on November 3, 1937 in the Sandormokh tract (Karelian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic). Rehabilitated on October 24, 1959 by the Presidium of the Odessa Regional Court.
