Emdina Bella Izrailevna
Economist
Born in 1890 in the city of Smela, Kyiv province; Jewish; higher education; member of the CPSU (b) in 1919–1935. Until 1927 she lived in Kharkov. Since 1927 in Kyiv, labor economist of the design bureau of the People's Commissariat of Industry. Arrested in Kyiv on August 17, 1935, accused of “Trotskyism.” Sentenced on October 29, 1935 by the special board of the Kyiv Regional Court under Art. 54-10 part 1, 54-11 of the Criminal Code of the Ukrainian SSR to 3 years of labor camp. In custody on Solovki. By the resolution of the Special Troika of the UNKVD LO dated 10/09/1937 she was sentenced to VMN. She was shot on November 2, 1937 in the Sandormokh tract (Karelian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic). Rehabilitated on April 16, 1992 in the Kyiv Mountains. prosecutor's office (in the case of 1935).
