Genus. in 1890 in Khodorov (Galicia); Ukrainian; from a priest's family; higher education; member of the Communist Party (b)U. Until 1914 he was a member of the National Democratic Party. Officer of the Austrian and Galician armies, in 1918 - district commissar of the Ukrainian Galician Army. Lived in Odessa (Perekopskaya Pobeda Street, 43), before his arrest - head. educational part of the workers' faculty at the Energy Institute. Arrested on February 22, 1933 as “one of the leaders of the Odessa group of the Ukrainian Military Organization.” Sentenced by a resolution of the judicial troika at the Collegium of the GPU of the Ukrainian SSR dated November 14, 1933 under Art. 54-11 of the Criminal Code of the Ukrainian SSR to 5 years of labor camp. In custody in Karlag (arrived on June 14, 1934), then in Solovki, he was kept at the Kremlin camp camp. By resolution of the Special Troika of the UNKVD LO dated 10/09/1937 he was sentenced to VMN. Shot on November 3, 1937 in the Sandormokh tract (Karelian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic). Rehabilitated on July 17, 1989 by the Prosecutor's Office of the Arkhangelsk Region
