Genus. in 1906 in Berdyansk; Jew; from workers; ex. member of the Komsomol. Arrested in January 1929, released. Before the second arrest, a laborer at the Ekaterinovskaya railway electrical plant. d. Sentenced on November 12, 1931 by a special meeting at the OGPU Collegium to deportation to the Lower Volga region for 3 years. Before his third arrest, he lived in Astrakhan and worked as an economist at Uchdortrans. Resolution of the Special Meeting of the NKVD of the USSR dated September 22, 1935 sentenced to 5 years in labor camp (“c/r Trotskyist activity”). In custody on Solovki, he was kept at the Anzer camp. By resolution of the Special Troika of the UNKVD LO dated 10/09/1937 he was sentenced to VMN. Shot on November 2, 1937 in the Sandormokh tract (Karelian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic). In the 1935 case, he was rehabilitated in 1989.
